Cleaning Supervisor



Location:

Brockmoor and Brierley Hill Primary Schools

Hours:

15 hours per week Monday to Friday (all year pound),


Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor with a passion for high standards, team leadership, and operational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to lead our cleaning teams in delivering exceptional service every day.

Your Role




As Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and in line with health and safety regulations. You will be a key part of maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and coordinate the cleaning teams on a daily basis Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure high standards are consistently met Carry out cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning areas Ensure compliance with COSHH, health and safety, and school policies Manage stock levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies Support training and development of cleaning staff Report any issues or concerns to the Assistant Facilities Manager promptly

Experienced in a cleaning supervisory role A strong communicator and team motivator Detail-oriented and committed to excellence Organised, reliable, and self-motivated Able to work independently and as part of a team Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle (due to multi site locations)
