Cleaning Supervisor Wanted!

With several live & upcoming projects, we are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor with Construction Cleaning experience and a valid CSCS card to join our team on a full-time basis.

Most projects fall within the CF & NP postcode areas and are a mix of either large building projects or residential new build developments.

Job Requirements:

>

Signing in/ out cleaners on site, monitoring staff breaks

>

Leading by example, assisting the team with the cleaning

>

Liaising with site managers where required

>

Ensure deadlines are met, and delivered to the clients specifications
> Meeting teams to drop off products & equipment, and collecting at end of shift
> Ability to use our Reach & Wash equipment is preferred, but not essential

On-site Requirements:

>

Site PPE Requirements to be worn at all times (High-viz, Hard Hat, Safety Boots etc)

>

No Hoodies, Shorts, Clothing with Explicit writing or imagery

>

Site Health & Safety rules to be followed at all times

Candidate Requirements:

>

SSSTS or SMSTS qualification, advantageous

>

A valid CSCS Card

>

Driving Licence/ Own transport to access remote sites

>

Previous Builders Cleaning experience
> Previous Supervising experience
> Previous Reach & Wash Experience Preferred, but not required

37.5 hour week after breaks

Salary negotiable on experience, and whether operating Reach & Wash or not.
After probation period, company van option available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50-16.00 per hour
