Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and well-presented. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established cleaning protocols. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests. Assist in the organisation of cleaning schedules and prioritise tasks effectively.

Requirements

Basic English required for communication with the team and clients. Experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A valid Category B driving licence is required. Must be reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
