About the role:

We are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations at Jim Peters Stadium and Abbey Leisure Centre in Barking. This role will involve supervising a team during overnight shifts at Abbey while ensuring high cleaning standards are upheld across both sites.

As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a two-person team, complete cleaning ratings online, and ensure safety protocols are followed. This is a long-term contract with a rapidly expanding company offering growth opportunities as we continue to expand throughout London.

Your schedule (weekly):

Jim Peters Stadium - paid 13/hr

Mon: 17:30-20:30 (3h) Wed: 17:30-20:30 (3h) Thu: 17:30-20:30 (3h)

Abbey Leisure Centre - paid 15/hr (supervisor rate)

Mon: 21:00-03:00 (6h) Wed: 21:00-03:00 (6h) Sat: 19:00-00:00 (5h)

What we're looking for:

Fluent English speakers

with strong communication skills - it is essential that you are able to interpret and communicate instructions clearly with both your team and management. This is crucial to ensuring standards are met. Experience in cleaning, facilities, or leisure environments. First Aid certificate (or willing to train). Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively. Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
