Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and proactive
Cleaning Supervisor
to bothlead and actively take part in cleaning duties
at our range of commercial and private contracts. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, has great attention to detail, and can confidently manage a team while working alongside them.Key Responsibilities:
Carry out hands-on cleaning tasks
to maintain high hygiene standards Supervise and support cleaning staff during shiftsDrive team members
and cleaning equipment between job sites (company vehicle provided) Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety practice Report maintenance or health & safety concerns Ensure all cleaning is performed to the agreed standards and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For:
Full UK Driving License (Transport Provided) Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role (supervisory experience preferred) Ability to lead by example and motivate a team Good communication and time management skills Strong knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and health & safety regulations Flexible with working hours, including some evenings/weekends if needed
