Job Description
Cleaning Team Leader / Supervisor required for W 7 QE Leicester.
Monday to Friday 06:00 to 08:00
Duties involve:
Supporting Area Manager
Key Duties
Fulfil the role of 'Team Leader'.
Ensure that the cleaning Specification is met at all times.
Monitor quality standards.
Safeguard the safe use of chemicals and equipment.
Assure that all equipment is kept in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Liaise with the clients site manager.
Assist your Area Manager in the assessing of training requirements.
Conduct operative training under the guidance of your Area Manager.
Fulfil all activities and responsibilities that could be reasonably expected of the role.
Qualifications and Special Requirements
Presentable appearance.
Well mannered.
Strong leadership and motivating skills.
Attentive to detail.
Able to work to time schedules.
Able to work within budgets.
Assist in completion of cleaning tasks, when necessary, i.e. to cover staff shortages.
Able to work as a team or individually.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment, and a willingness to develop this.
Pay Rate to be discuss, References will be requested and an enhanced DBS will be applied for on appointment.
