Cleaning Supervisor - Mon- Fri, 5am-8am, 14.87, WC2N 6HT
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee morning cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff, providing guidance on best practices.
- Develop cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints.
- Enforce company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
