Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team on a busy construction site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction site cleaning and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Previous experience supervising cleaning teams on a construction site

Strong communication and organisational skills

Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the cleaning team, ensuring high standards of site cleanliness and hygiene are maintained

Assist in achieving daily cleaning targets as set by the site management

Coordinate daily tasks, monitor progress, and report issues or delays to site supervisors

Liaise with site management to ensure cleaning requirements are met across all areas, including welfare facilities, cabins, and general site areas

Hands-on cleaning duties where needed to support the team and maintain standards

Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies at all times

This role requires someone who is confident, hardworking, and able to manage a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
