Working pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts (42 hours per week)

Hourly rate: 16.30

Cleaning Supervisors

to join our team at the brand-new Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Covent Garden. This is a flagship site for Diageo and Sodexo, combining high footfall public areas, extended trading hours, and exacting cleanliness standards. Main Responsibilities

Supervise daily cleaning operations in high-traffic public areas, including restrooms and communal spaces Manage shift teams and ensure adherence to scheduled rotas (early and late shifts) Maintain accurate compliance documentation and support audits Ensure COSHH standards are upheld across all cleaning processes Champion excellent customer service and uphold site presentation standards Monitor and support team performance, conduct regular checks, and escalate issues when necessary Carry out compliance checks and use site-specific software to log inspections and audits

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role within a public or hospitality setting Strong understanding of COSHH, cleaning compliance standards, and audit procedures Competent with digital compliance systems (training provided) Excellent leadership and communication skills Able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including early mornings and evenings
