Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming. This position is essential for providing a pleasant experience for clients and visitors alike.

Duties

Supervision of a cleaning team Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed. Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

Skills

Strong Supervisory skills. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and organisation of spaces. Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Pay: 13.20 per hour

Experience:

cleaning Supervisory: 2 years (preferred)
