We're seeking an experienced
Cleaning Supervisor
to oversee cleaning operations covering the North East. You'll lead by example, ensuring high-quality service delivery, supporting the team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a small team of cleaning operatives Conduct quality checks and maintain service standards Liaise with clients and management Support with training and induction of new staff Carry out cleaning duties as required Manage stock and report maintenance issues
What We're Looking For:
Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities Strong leadership and communication skills Eye for detail and commitment to quality Reliable and organised approach Full UK driving licence preferred
