Cleaning Supervisor
Job Description
DGS Service Solutions are seeking to hire an energetic and driven individual as a Full Time Cleaning Supervisor at the Henderson Group in Mallusk.
Must have experience in managing and motivating a team of staff with the ability to work in partnership with client on site and reporting to DGS Regional Operations Manager.
Working over a 4 week pay cycle Monday to Friday, additional shifts are available onsite with holiday cover and additional hours.
Relevant experience in a cleaning supervision position
Working knowledge of rota's, annual leave, and sickness management
Maintains documentation and standard procedures on-site.
Ability to identify any short comings and resolve staffing issues.

Salary: depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday afternoon shifts until 10.00pm (Monday to Thursday) Friday to be agreed.
20-30 hours permanent contract
