We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, particularly within the hotel /holiday home industry, and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in holiday homes and residential properties and common areas. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests, contributing significantly to their overall experience.

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest houses.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used safely. This will be provided to you.
Assist with laundry services as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Able to train staff and provide excellent support for the team offering feedback and ongoing support.

You need to be able to provide an up beat attitude in a fast pace role.

Requirements
Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
You must have your own car and a clean driving licence.
