Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner and supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You must also be able to demonstrate ability to manage other staff, manage stock inventory and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Dispose of waste and ensure proper recycling practices are followed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with additional cleaning projects as required.

Skills

Proficient in English with strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to drive is preferred for roles requiring travel between locations. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
