We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Cleaning Supervisor
to join our team, overseeing cleaning operations across the Greater Belfast area. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, ensuring high standards are consistently delivered.Details:

15 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 5pm - 8pmRate of Pay:

Permanent, part-timeKey Responsibilities:
Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are carried out to the required standard. Carry out cleaning duties as required, maintaining high levels of hygiene and presentation. Organise staff rotas and allocate duties effectively. Monitor stock levels and request supplies when needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, and health & safety regulations. Act as the main point of contact for staff and management regarding cleaning operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role is essential. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible, reliable, and hands-on approach.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.70 per hour
