Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments,including offices and city stairwells, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This role also requires speaking with clients and liaising with manager. You will be competent and presentable.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

Requirements

Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential, as is a proven track record of reliability. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and ensure their satisfaction. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the job demands - evenings and weekends

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
