Key Responsibilities
Linen Logistics
- Preparing and delivering linen and supplies for daily cleans in Bristol.
Quality Inspections
- Carrying out regular property checks in both Bristol and Bath to ensure our high standards are consistently met.
Stock Control
- Monitoring and replenishing essential stock items across properties.
Team Support & Training
- Coaching and training new staff members to deliver outstanding results.
Coordination
- Working closely with the office administrator to ensure smooth scheduling and team operations.
About You
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality (team leader experience desirable but not essential).
A reliable communicator with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Flexible and able to work across both
Bristol and Bath
.
