Cleaning Team Leader
Location: Ikea Birmingham
Salary: 12:71
Shift Pattern: Friday 14:00-20:00 Saturday 14:00-20:00 Sunday 11:00-17:00 Monday 14:00-20:00
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Team Leader to join the team and work at our client's prestigious site.
All our Supervisors must have experience supporting and influencing a small to medium team of cleaning operative whilst also getting involved in cleaning duties. You will need to have a positive and can do attitude, and a real passion for managing a team.
Duties as a Team Leader
:
Ensure best performance and expectations are achieved. Support with training, toolbox talks, job charts, Rota's schedules being followed Show effective control of staffing labour Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy Performing general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping Disposing of trash from bins and containers Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, if needed
Job role requirements as a Team Leader
:
Team Leader experience Excellent communication skills Organisational and time management skills Good understanding of industrial cleaning and great communication skills to support cleaning operatives Flexible hand's on attitude with a dedicated willingness to take on responsible approach to any issues Comfortable working in a team Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload Full training will be provided
