Cleaning Team Members - Luxury Lodge Site (with Hot Tubs)

We're seeking a reliable, hands-on

Cleaner

to work with the current cleaning operations at our brand-new 5-star

luxury holiday lodge site

, complete with private hot tubs and premium amenities. You'll play a key role in setting high standards from day one, with the opportunity to build and manage a small team as guest numbers increase. You will have some flexibility and autonomy within the role and will embrace the whole site, inside and outside.

What You'll Do:

Clean and reset luxury lodges to 5-star standards between guest stays Maintain and clean hot tubs (full training provided) Monitor cleaning supplies and standards across the site Help recruit and train additional cleaners as bookings increase Work flexibly around changeovers (we accept single-night stays)

We're Looking For:

An eye for detail and pride in your work A proactive, dependable attitude with leadership potential Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred A willingness to learn hot tub maintenance (training provided) Flexible availability to support a high turnover of stays
