Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleans at ongoing construction sites ranging from workers' cabins to builders' and sparkle cleans. This person must be able to effectively clean to the standard that our clients set out. The role is mobile and sites may be ever-changing.

Training will be provided.

A valid UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including workers' cabins, office cleans, staff facilities and builder and sparkle cleans within construction sites. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning products safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant personnel promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Skills

Ability to respond positively to client requests and feedback. Attention to detail in completing cleaning tasks thoroughly. Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and reliability essential.

Pay: 12.55-12.80 per hour
