Cleansing Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of all planned works within Highbridge in relation to cleansing works. This is inclusive of all matters Health and Safety, Commercial, Operational, Procurement and communications.


Cleansing Manger will have a good understanding and knowledge of all workstreams and be responsible for the deployment of resource to the right locations and ensure maximisation of the company's resource across all contracts. Will have an understanding on each of the contracts, the service levels agreements and be able to recognise and mitigate any short falls with clear and consistent plans and complete this with the best view for the company.

Commercially-purchase orders, invoice submissions/applications, accruals review rates, cost code control, completion date & reporting data allocation, Timesheets Operational- working program - visibility in Reflow, day to day planning, resource and equipment deployment, site set ups and arrangements, deployment of supervisors Be able to provide a working program for management meetings To report directly to head of division on all matters commercial, operational and employee issue-based concerns. Have an overview of equipment and resource requirements within the department. Carry out Employee Appraisals Report on good news stories across cleansing Management of office admin specific to cleansing activities Ensure a good and smooth rapport with all site teams to drive work responsibility and a good working ethic and set an example. To ensure clear and comprehensive client communications throughout workstreams To work closely with CCTV and ensure a consistent program between divisions. Support with asset and vehicle procurement to ensure correct vehicle for our business needs


Qualifications

About you:



Manage recruitment, training plans, and annual appraisals for your team. Extensive experience of the water, drainage, construction industry or similar Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams Experience of working within a highly regulated and compliance driven environmental Demonstratable experience of complex problem solving Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities HPWJ (WJA) IOSH Management preferred or SMSTS Confined Space knowledge
