Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Our corporate client needs a cleaner for Redhill, Horley, Reigate and Crawley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming. This role requires a proactive individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Assist with special cleaning projects as required, including deep cleaning tasks. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any maintenance or safety concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good physical stamina; ability to lift light loads and perform repetitive tasks. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures is advantageous. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Excellent communication skills in English.
