What You'll Bring:

A

Full and relevant minimumLevel 3 in childcare/early years

- Certificate to be provided prior to interview. Deep knowledge of

EYFS

and

safeguarding

. Proven

leadership experience

in a nursery setting. Strong communication, organisation, and team-building skills. Paediatric First Aid trained (or willing to train with us).

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing confident, compassionate leadership to ensure smooth nursery operations. Supporting and developing your team to deliver outstanding care and education. Ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards. Overseeing a rich, inclusive curriculum that meets every child's needs. Building strong relationships with families and the local community. Managing budgets and resources with care and efficiency.
Role Details:

Full-time

- 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, all year round.

Salary

- Starting salary 29,500 performance related criteria

Location

- Primarily at Fingerprints nursery, Cleckheaton, and as required across our small group of Yorkshire based nurseries
