Location:

Selkirk Office, with travel across the Scottish Borders

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Contract:

Permanent

What you'll do:



Carry out regular site inspections, ensuring all works meet SBHA's high standard and regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with contractors and colleagues, fostering a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Oversee health and safety compliance, reporting and resolving issues swiftly. Coordinate handovers, ensuring homes are defect-free and ready for tenants. Represent SBHA at meeting, with residents and during inspections.

What you'll bring:



HND/C or equivalent in Building (or substantial relevant experience). Significant construction and property experience. A keen eye for quality and detail, with a commitment to to excellence. Experience in inspecting workmanship. Strong communication and IT skills. A collaborative, proactive approach and a full UK driving licence.
