CBRE Debt & Structured Finance is a core component of the Corporate Finance offering within the Capital Advisors division of CBRE. The team offers some of the most comprehensive real estate finance services in EMEA.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Account Co-Ordinator to join this growing and successful business on a Maternity Leave Cover.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients (internal and external), ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The Client Account Co-Ordinator supports the senior leadership team by handling day-to-day client communications, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage diaries, schedule meetings, and co-ordinate travel arrangements for 3 Executive Directors, including the Head of Europe Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams (UK & European) to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Additionally responsible for the tracking of our engagement with our High Priority Clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, project timelines and KYC documentation Support the onboarding process for new clients using our CIQ system and proactively liaise with the team to ensure these records are accurate and updated Manage expense reports, and budget tracking on CIQ in close co-ordination with Finance team Organise client hospitality events and conference logistics Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients and management such as Case Studies and Tombstones Organise off-site meetings, client hospitality events and conference logistics Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices

Person Specification/Requirements

Proven experience (+5 years) in a client-facing or administrative role supporting multiple senior leaders Exceptional organisational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems Accurate and exceptional attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent, clear and concise communication skills both verbally and in writing
