DAB Graphics is a specialist design and fabrication company producing interpretation signage and bespoke outdoor installations for wildlife, heritage and community projects across the UK. We are a close-knit team, offering a supportive and hands-on working environment.
We are looking for a personable and well-organised Client Account Handler to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for extra hours during busy periods.
Key Duties
Handling telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Acting as first point of contact for client enquiries
Creating and editing documents using Microsoft Word
Filing and organising client accounts from initial enquiry through to project completion
Maintaining accurate records and correspondence
Data input into Sage Accounting (input only - training provided)
General administrative support to the team
Assisting with light workshop duties when required (e.g. packing orders, basic tasks)
Essential Skills
Excellent telephone manner
Confident using Microsoft Word
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional, reliable and approachable
Comfortable working in a close-knit team environment
Desirable (not essential)
Experience using Sage Accounting software (training provided)
