Client Account Management Administrator



Resolvecall is an award winning, technology led, credit management business delivering cradle to grave customer solutions within the UK banking, utility and consumer credit sectors. We now have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our Paisley team.

The role is to provide administrative support to the existing Client Account Management team allowing them to manage and service the needs of our new and existing client base. The team acts as the interface between the client and our service delivery teams, therefore you must have strong communication and organisation skills to be successful for this role.

Hours:

25 Weekly

Salary:

16,500

Key Responsibilities

:

Organise and co-ordinate all team/client meetings ensuring an accurate record of these meetings are minuted and actions managed; Collation and update of information for team key performance indicators; Update details on internal software systems; Preparation of information for client and internal meetings; Capture and accurately record information on the companies CM's systems as provided or discussed with clients and actions taken; Organisation and management of client files; Maintain a professional approach dealing with various levels throughout the business Liaise with various departments within the business - updating them and records accordingly Act as a point of contact for all client/ department enquires ensuring this is recorded and communicated accordingly to ensure timely response; Manage department deadlines to ensure the team are on target Prepare and submit reports to clients as instructed.

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:



Strong proficiency with Microsoft packages, particularly excel Previous experience in administration in a client focused role desirable High attention to detail. Ability to process large amounts of data confidently and in a timely manner. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Self-motivated Ability to multi task and manage conflicting priorities Flexibility and willingness to learn
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 16,500.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week

Work Location: In person
