Job Description

Purpose of the Role



To provide support and co-ordinate their work between team members ensuring the provision of a first class support service for their clients. To provide a high quality, business focused and cost effective support to the Employee Benefits Team whilst demonstrating a proactive approach.

The Person



The Client Account Manager should possess the following;

Responsibilities



The core tasks of the role are as follows;

Support for the EB Adviser
To undertake basic admin duties on behalf of the Adviser including;

Control of Adviser Diary Responsibility for obtaining outstanding information where necessary Liaising with Researcher and other team members when distributing work Researching new business opportunities Chasing submitted business applications and keeping clients informed Scanning and filing using electronic filing system Data Entry Arrange Group Risk Renewal annually Process New Group Member applications Liaise with Employer / Employee in respect of any queries or updates Maintain up to date knowledge with regards to employee benefits available, underwriting limits, CIC benefits. Other ad hoc duties as the role evolves

Other areas of responsibility



Maintenance of own Training and Competence record Participation in Monthly Staff Meeting
As a member of non-advising/qualified staff whilst all help and assistance should be given to both clients and prospective clients over administrative issues, under no circumstances, information should not be given that might be construed to be financial advice.
