We're looking for a Client Account Specialist to play a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with some of our most valued partners. You'll act as the go-to contact for key clients -- ensuring they receive exceptional service, efficient delivery, and the high-performance solutions BLK BOX is known for. This role blends relationship management, operational coordination, and project delivery. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal teams to bring complex projects to life -- all while keeping clients informed, supported, and delighted.

What You'll Do

Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, delivering responsive, professional support. Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers. Coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of BLK BOX products and solutions. Prepare accurate quotations and manage client documentation with precision and attention to detail. Track and forecast key account performance metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, project timelines). Communicate project progress and updates to internal teams and clients. Anticipate client needs, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for growth. Develop in-depth knowledge of BLK BOX products, services, and the wider fitness and performance industry.

What You Bring

1+ years experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with sharp attention to detail. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Highly organised, ownership-led, comfortable switching between strategic alignment and hands-on making.
