We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Client Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and help us to deliver outstanding customer service. What you will be Responsible for:

Management over the entire rent charges: receiving rent and paying landlords. Preparing and reporting on year end accounts and audits. Liaising with landlords and tenants and dealing with supplier queries. Supplier ledger reconciliations. Bank reconciliations Activating new tenancies and processing renewals. Credit control: landlord fees and tenants arrears Processing deposit returns Posting suppliers invoices. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies..

You will need:

2-3 years minimum experience as a Client Accountant in a Proprty Management Department. Proficiency in client accounting software, preparably Reapit. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work fast and accurately to clear deadlines. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Desire to take ownership over their tasks. Good computer skills.
