About the role

We seek a client accountant to join the team at Spotlight. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

VAT return preparation Client bookkeeping (Xero Based) Client payrolls - payroll processing, HMRC Submissions, preparing payment files Client Xero Support Assisting with client onboarding
Requirements:

Experience in payroll and/or bookkeeping (training can be given for knowledge gaps) Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong technical skills this role will be working with our bot provider to automate a lot of the bookkeeping and payroll processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team To adhere to our core values

Pay will be based on exact hours and experience.

Salary: 28,000.00-35,000.00 FTE
