• Prepare and manage financial reports for a designated commercial portfolio within the property sector.
• Oversee rent and service charge accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations.
• Collaborate with asset managers and other stakeholders to deliver key financial insights.
• Manage client reporting processes and respond to financial queries effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the assigned portfolio.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including payment processing and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of audit requirements and liaise with auditors as needed.

A successful Client Accountant should have:

• Professional qualifications or part-qualifications in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience in property accounting or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel and property management systems.
