Client Accountant (Semi-Senior)
to join our expanding team at our office inLeyton (E10)
.Job Summary
You'll manage your own portfolio of small business clients, providing high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a supportive and close-knit team environment.
Responsibilities
Preparation of
Self-Assessment Tax Returns
for individuals and company directors Preparation ofCompany Accounts
,VAT Returns
, andPayroll
Bookkeeping
and maintaining accurate financial records usingXero
Generaloffice administration
and client communication Ensure compliance withHMRC regulations
and keep up to date with changes in legislation Provide day-to-day accounting and business support to clients Assist in improving internal processes and workflowsSkills
Minimum
4 years' experience
in anaccountancy practice
AAT-qualified
orACCA part/full qualified
Xero certification
and strongExcel and IT skills
Excellentcommunication
andclient relationship
skills Strongattention to detail
and ability to work to deadlines Good understanding ofHMRC compliance
and tax regulations Must bebased in London
(East London preferred)Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
