Client Accountant (Semi-Senior)
to join our expanding team at our office in
Leyton (E10)

Job Summary
You'll manage your own portfolio of small business clients, providing high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a supportive and close-knit team environment.
Responsibilities
Preparation of
Self-Assessment Tax Returns
for individuals and company directors
Preparation of
Company Accounts
,
VAT Returns
, and
Payroll
Bookkeeping
and maintaining accurate financial records using
Xero
General
office administration
and client communication
Ensure compliance with
HMRC regulations
and keep up to date with changes in legislation
Provide day-to-day accounting and business support to clients
Assist in improving internal processes and workflows
Skills
Minimum
4 years' experience
in an
accountancy practice
AAT-qualified
or
ACCA part/full qualified
Xero certification
and strong
Excel and IT skills
Excellent
communication
and
client relationship
skills
Strong
attention to detail
and ability to work to deadlines
Good understanding of
HMRC compliance
and tax regulations
Must be
based in London
(East London preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
