Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
Setting up and managing tenant Direct Debit instructions.
Setting up of tenant rent ledgers and timely collection of rent by Direct Debit.
Reporting on and chasing property rental arrears.
Processing purchase invoices and utility bills and paying contractors in a timely manner.
Processing and checking statements and making payments to clients.
Daily and month end bank reconciliations and reporting.
Lodgement of deposit funds with Tenancy Deposit Schemes and issuing relevant documentation.
Releasing deposit funds held at end of tenancy and for changeover of tenancies.
Notifying utility suppliers of change of tenancy details including council tax.
Processing of annual insurance renewals.
Working alongside colleagues from other departments and within the wider team to assist and resolve queries.
Reporting directly to the Client Accounts Team Leader.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have relevant previous financial client account related experience (SME Professional software knowledge would be an added advantage).
Be highly numerate and confident working with large complex data sets.
Must be able to integrate and thrive as part of a team.
Confident and highly professional communication skills.
An enthusiastic approach to challenges with a critical eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualified to Association of Residential Letting Agent Level 6 (or equivalent) would be an added advantage.
Position is subject to Basic Disclosure check.

There is a 3-month probation period, and salaries are reviewed each December, at which time a full Personal Development Review is undertaken for each colleague.
Work from home up to 2 days per week available on successful completion of probation for a suitably experienced candidate.
