About the Role

We are looking for a

Client Acquisition Specialist

who thrives in

end-to-end sales ownership

--from prospecting to closure. This role is designed for professionals who are

target-driven, commercially sharp, and confident in handling client conversations independently

.

This position is not limited to lead handling. It requires

active acquisition, solution positioning, negotiation, and consistent target achievement

in the IT services and consulting domain.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. End-to-End Sales Ownership

Manage the

complete sales cycle

: lead generation ? qualification ? discovery ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure. Proactively acquire new clients through

cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, and networking

. Conduct

requirement discovery calls

to understand client business needs and map suitable IT solutions. Present and position

IT services, software solutions, and consulting offerings

effectively to decision-makers.
B. Lead Generation & Market Development

Identify and build pipelines via

LinkedIn, email outreach, job portals, CRM data, and industry platforms

. Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to generate

high-quality opportunities

. Maintain a healthy and predictable

sales funnel

aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
C. Target & Revenue Accountability (Mandatory)

Achieve

minimum assigned sales targets

on a monthly and quarterly basis. Demonstrate consistency in

conversion ratios, deal velocity, and revenue contribution

. Take ownership of outcomes--targets are non-negotiable and directly linked to performance evaluation.
D. Client Relationship & Deal Closure

Build strong relationships with prospects and clients through

clear communication and trust-based selling

. Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations professionally. Coordinate internally with delivery, technical, and operations teams to ensure

smooth deal execution

.
E. Reporting & Sales Discipline

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal status in CRM or tracking systems. Share regular sales updates, pipeline forecasts, and performance reports with management.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in

B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development

(preferably in IT services, SaaS, or consulting). Strong understanding of

solution selling

rather than product-only sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently with

high ownership and accountability

. Comfortable working with

targets, pressure, and performance-based environments

. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sales techniques is a strong advantage.
Target & Performance Expectation

This role requires

minimum target achievement

to justify compensation and growth. Candidates must be

confident, committed, and prepared to meet defined sales numbers

. Performance is evaluated based on

revenue generation, deal closures, and pipeline quality

.

Pay: 24,420.00-56,677.45 per year
