Job Description
My client is based in the heart of Manchester city centre. They are looking for an Client Administrator to provide comprehensive support to a Senior Client Advisor This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of service to their clients and administrative operations.
Client Duties:
- Meeting agendas - valuations, performance (G2 and Globus), asset allocations, structured product examples, market commentary, fixed-term deposit rates
- Quarterly updates (10x bespoke reporting documents)
- Monthly updates (2x bespoke reporting documents/emails)
- Structured product slides to include within client presentations
- Cash List at the start of each week
- AUM figures at the start of each week
- Calculating income yields of portfolios
- Extracting data from G2/Globus/Lipper when required
- Draft suitability letters
- A good knowledge and strong experience of the UK wealth management industry
- Understands risk within context of the role and meets the regulatory obligations, as applicable.
- Competent at maintaining client data and communicating with clients
- Gilt example slides
- Ad-Hoc Cash Raise including full liquidation
- Investing standing orders
- Investing new funds
- Portfolio Reviews/Ideas - Holdings/AA/Bespoke - including AIM
- XO deals / Call backs
- More sophisticated data requests from auditors/accountants etc
- Portfolio Monitoring
- Organising CFR
