Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services and building strong relationships with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Required to work Monday to Friday and one in every four weekends. Shifts will be between 8am-7pm on a rotation between early and late shifts, with the Saturday between 8:30am-1pm.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse clients' needs and provide personalised solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate client records
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
- Diary management
- Till takings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in handling money, diary management and phone communication is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in basic IT such as Word, Excel etc
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
