Job Title: Client Advisor
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Client Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional client service to our customers. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to excel in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and dealing with emails in a professional and timely manner.
Answering the phones and directing enquiries. Taking messages and fielding calls.
Answering the door, greeting guests, providing refreshments
Dealing with queries on social media. Field to appropriate person.
Enter customer information and bookings onto our CRM system - develop and manage CRM to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Dealing with incoming parcels and deliveries. Ensuring the kitchen is fully stock with refreshments.
Provide attention to detail in preparing documents and correspondence
Help maintain training and auditing schedules to maximize efficiency.
Help and support management with projects and workplans. Project manage to completion - ensuring that deadlines and milestones are met.
Work with external agencies to produce content for social media
Manage the office supplies and kitchen stocktake ensuring the office is always fully stocked.
Dealing with the daily post and ensuring all outgoing post is sent in a timely manner.
Help maintain filing systems
Direct the maintenance of office equipment, including computers, photocopiers and scanners.
Other responsibilities as and when required
Person Specification:
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise your workload in a busy, pressurised environment. An expert in providing top-notch service and enjoy collaborating with people. You will remain professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. You must be able to multi-task, demonstrate initiative, motivation and a 'can do' attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Polite, professional and confident phone manner.
Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
Detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Possess great collaboration and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Superior organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Learn quickly and are resourceful
Co-ordinate multiple tasks, simultaneously
Trustworthy and can be counted to safeguard confidentially
