The Client Advisor's profile

We are looking for a Client Advisor to be employed on fixed term contract ; an experienced staff eager to join our team and to work with us developing a long-term commercial retail strategy in London and broadly in the UK.


A refined Client Advisor with a passion for jewelry and high jewelry and an appreciation for architectural design and contemporary art. Experienced in luxury retail, possessing a deep understanding of client relationships and a proven ability to connect with discerning customers seeking unique, statement pieces.


A brand ambassador who embodies REPOSSI's blend of tradition and innovation, capable of conveying the house's rich history and modern vision with elegance and sophistication.

Job responsibilities

Your main missions and responsibilities will be

Client Engagement & Sales:

Present and showcase exquisite jewelry and high-jewelry creations to discerning clientele within the boutique environment, providing an exceptional and personalized experience.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and expand a robust client portfolio through proactive engagement, diligent follow-up, and strategic loyalty-building initiatives, utilizing provided CRM tools effectively.

Business Development:

Develop and nurture a network of influential business contacts and personal shoppers to expand brand reach and generate new sales opportunities.

Boutique Operations:

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day administration of the boutique, adhering to operational standards.

Profile

Profile requirements

Possess demonstrable experience within a luxury retail environment, preferably with exposure to high-end goods. Exhibit a strong entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating initiative and sound commercial acumen to drive sales and exceed targets. Display a dynamic and proactive approach to work, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering punctuality. Demonstrate exceptional teamwork abilities, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Prior experience in the jewelry sector is highly desirable, though not mandatory. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages considered a distinct advantage.
The position will be based at the REPOSSI store in HARRODS (First Floor - London, UK) - estimated target opening: November 2025.


You will report to, and you will be under the responsibility of the Store Manager.

Target starting date

October 2025 (for onboarding and training before estimated target opening).

High jewelry and jewelry house Repossi has carried on a family tradition of distinctive creativity for three generations. This family jewelry tradition dates back to the origins of the Maison in Turin in 1957, where Constantino Repossi, after studying industrial design, opened his first boutique.


The story continued when his son Alberto gave Repossi an international dimension by moving to Monte Carlo at the end of the 1970s, becoming the official jeweler to the Monegasque royal family.
