Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Utilise Salesforce to manage client interactions, track communications, and ensure follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner. Analyse financial data and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and advice. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills



Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software, with the ability to navigate systems efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data and make informed recommendations based on client needs. Previous experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
