Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who is ready to step up into a sales management role following a successful initial sales period. The Senior Business Development Lead for will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities and expanding our client base. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of international markets, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, this role involves assisting in the establishment of the business development (BDO) process within the organization. This role should be seen as a stepping stone to Sales Management and a wider role within the Sphere business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in international markets. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed of industry trends.
Inbound and Outbound Sales Management:

Manage and support both inbound and outbound sales leads, ensuring a seamless process from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and effective lead nurturing strategies.
Client Acquisition and Management:

Identify, target, and acquire new clients for BPO services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct presentations, negotiate, and close deals with potential clients.
Business Development Process Establishment:

Assist in establishing and refining the business development process within the organization. Implement best practices and standardized procedures to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development:

Be in a position in 18 months to recruit future Sales people. Then lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Sales Operations:

Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to senior management. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Contract Management:

Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations. Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Preferably in the BPO or telecoms industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of BPO services and the global outsourcing landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales processes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Experience working with clients across diverse industries.

Working Conditions:

Pay: 27,652.74-50,000.00 per year
