The NET-A-PORTER team are now seeking a Client Brand Events Manager, you will be the regional client facing ambassador for our High Net Worth (HNW) clients and will manage the Client Relations team within the region. The Client Brand Events Manager will develop, drive and own the complete Client Relations strategy within the region. You will be passionate about building long lasting relationships with our EIPs (Extremely Important People), always looking for new opportunities to elevate our EIPs' client experience, as well as driving the overall client acquisition, retention and conversion strategy. You will also be responsible for creatively leveraging third-party business relationships and contacts to drive the business performance and growth of the NET-A-PORTER Group client list.
