We are hiring a Client Care Coordinator!



The position is full time, 37.5 hours per week.

Required Experience:

Customer service experience, veterinary preferred Management experience
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Coordinator to join the team here at Fenton Vets to oversee our client care team. The client care team are our first line in delivering excellent customer service to all clients, face to face and over the phone as well as handling a range of administrative duties. A friendly, professional service for our clients and pets is fundamental to our business; you would be responsible for maintaining the delivery of this supported by the Practice Manager and Directors.

The position is based mainly from our Haverfordwest branch but will require some travelling to our Pembroke Dock branch. We have an amazing team: the 10 Client Care Assistants work alongside other administrators and stock team, with a clinical team consisting of 11 Small Animal Vets, 9 Farm Animal Vets, 10 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 Patient Care Assistant.

Our working hours are 8:00am - 19:00pm Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 18:00pm Friday and 8:00am to 1:30pm Saturday. You would need to be able to work a range of shifts within these hours.

Salary - up to 28,275.00

Main duties would include:-



To carry out reception duties as required Overseeing the Client Care team Overseeing daily tasks being completed in a timely manner Manage own admin duties Ensure high level of customer care is maintained Oversee and manage Reception rota and holidays Reconciling daily cash sheets and petty cash To oversee and support practice initiatives including: Pet Health Club, Insurance, Online booking system and live chat To pro-actively encourage and implement positive development within the team To ensure Client Care training is carried out as required

Essential Skills:



Team management or leader experience Veterinary or animal industry experience preferred Reception, telephone and diary experience Proven communication skills Evidence of customer service experience and empathetic manner Excellent written and spoken English Full UK driving license Ability to work well as part of a team or independently Comfortable with multitasking, working under pressure and handling stressful situations Good time keeping and reliable Organised with a good attention to detail Good computer skills, ability to use practice management systems
