Core Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Enrollment
Schedule Enrolment Calls:
Contact pre-qualified applications via text to book convenient appointment times
Follow-Up Management:
Systematically follow up with uncontacted leads from previous weeks
Lead Qualification:
Audit applicants using the Easy Enrollment Framework to determine program suitability
2. Sales & Conversion
Enrolment Calls:
Conduct enrolment conversations following proven frameworks
Payment Processing:
Securely process payments for program enrolments
Conversion Tracking:
Maintain detailed records of all enrolment activities
3. Client Onboarding
Welcome Process:
Execute comprehensive welcome sequence for new clients
System Integration:
Input new clients into all relevant software systems
Community Integration:
Welcome clients into private Facebook community
Communication:
Send welcome emails and initial program information
4. Ongoing Client Support
Regular Check-ins:
Follow systematic check-in schedule to ensure client satisfaction
Nutrition Support:
Provide basic nutrition guidance or direct clients to appropriate coaches
Progress Monitoring:
Track client progress and provide encouragement
5. Retention & Upselling
Progress Calls:
Conduct structured progress calls to assess client satisfaction and results
Goal Realignment:
Help clients refine and expand their long-term goals
Program Extensions:
Present 6-month and 12-month program options to suitable clients
6. Administrative Duties
Daily Tracking:
Update Google Sheets with all lead interactions and status changes
Client Database:
Maintain accurate client records including contact details and program dates
Team Communication:
Provide daily updates to coaches via Slack regarding new clients and schedules
Reporting:
Submit end-of-day reports including calls taken, sales made, and client updates

Pay: 1,075.00-2,000.00 per month
