Client Care Executive (conveyancing Sales)
Job Description
We are a growing law firm who focus on property law. We currently have a role available in our Client Care Team.
The role is based in London, but we will also consider candidates seeking a hybrid working arrangement between home and office working. We will also consider candidates who could be based at our Northampton Office on a full or hybrid arrangement.
The role has a basic salary of 32,000 - 36,000 based on experience.
There is a target-based monthly discretionary bonus scheme based around both individual and team performance.
The annual bonus we project from the team is 7k - 12k , averaging at 9.5k per year. This is in no way a commitment, as the bonus is entirely performance-related which will depend on both the candidate and the property market.

.The role will mainly involve:

Making
telesales
calls and emails to typically warm leads-
Receiving calls
from prospective clients- Issuing
quotes
- Operating our
client relationship management
systemThe position will involve learning all about the ins-and-outs of residential property law. This role will involve lots of training whatever your level of experience as we have our unique and authentic way of doing things. We adopt a professional, consultative selling style and the word "care" is not in the job title by coincidence. It's not exactly selling as such, given the professional context and the level of risk and complexity assessment.
