Client & Commercial Services Assistant



Cambridge Innovation Parks are seeking to expand their team to help deliver a range of offerings and provide quality services across our property portfolio. The position will play a pivotal role in delivering a joined-up service across our various departments within the business.

The Client & Commercial Services Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and stakeholders, delivering a consistently professional, welcoming, and efficient service. This role is key to the smooth running of customer facing operations and involves coordination of meeting rooms and events, support with facilities and office management, and general administrative assistance to the wider team

Responsibilities:

Answer and redirect all incoming calls to appropriate departments and manage client services inbox, responding to and escalating emails appropriately. Greet and assist visitors Manage and sort incoming / outgoing post, parcels and deliveries. Manage meeting rooms booking, setting up spaces and co-ordinating events with our other departments Raise commercial, facilities or accounts requests Conduct daily checks of F&B facilities and communal areas, review stock levels, and order where required Provide administration support across various departments, utilizing CRM (Zoho) systems and other systems. Provide cover and support for wider company functions as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Skills and Knowledge

A confident communicator who is happy working in a customer facing role Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills. A basic understanding of client facing services and the wish to develop further. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using management systems. Organisational skills - the ability to successfully multi-task and report back in a fast-paced environment. The ability to follow procedures and processes. Be interested in learning about commercial property and site management in a thriving business park.

Pay Range depending on Experience Up to FTE 24,000 per year
