The role
We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our Workplace team as a Client Communications Manager on a 12-month secondment to cover maternity leave. This role focuses on delivering strategic, brand-aligned communications for a portfolio of mid-tier clients (100m-500m AUA), supporting engagement, retention, and acquisition goals.
You'll work closely with relationship managers, marketing colleagues, and campaign teams to create impactful communications that drive member engagement, education and enhance outcomes.

- Strong relationship management skills, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to be create innovative content that drives action
- Excellent planning and organisational capabilities
