We are seeking a stylish, welcoming and sharp Client Concierge to join the front-of-house team at Blood, Sweat & Tears. A luxury Lagree fitness studio unlike any in London. You'll be the first face our clients see and the last impression they leave with, setting the tone for a seamless, elevated, and emotionally resonant experience from the moment they walk in.
This role is not just about checking them in. It's about making them feel seen, supported, and part of something special. You'll balance calm, confident hospitality with quick thinking, excellent organisation, and a deep understanding of our studio's energy and spirit. You must been a person able to make
tough
decisions
that maintain brand integrity and excellence. This position is not for the faint of heart.
Responsibilities
Greet every client with warmth, confidence, and your unique personality
Manage class check-ins and assist with reservations, memberships, and schedule changes using studio software
Anticipate client needs and direct them through the studio space with a personable but authentic demeanor.
Provide information about classes, instructors, and our unique Lagree method in an understandable way
Remember client preferences, injuries, and special notes to personalise their experience
Support new clients through their first visit, ensuring they feel confident, welcomed, and inspired
Communicate clearly with instructors and the management team to ensure a seamless client experience
Handle no-show policies, late arrivals, and account updates with professionalism, integrity and grit
Keep our front-of-house area pristine and aligned with BST's signature atmosphere
Maintain awareness of studio events, instructor training opportunities, and retail items to answer client questions knowledgeably
Embody the BST brand; stylish, grounded, and always three steps ahead
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or luxury customer service preferred
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
Clear, confident communication in English
Professional phone and in-person etiquette, with an approachable and polished tone
A genuine passion for people, service, and creating unforgettable experiences
Familiarity with booking or scheduling softwares
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
