As Client Contact Administrator, you'll provide support to the Customer Experience Specialist in delivering the Client Contact Programme across Openwork and Owl businesses. This role plays a key part in evidencing Adviser adherence to regulatory and internal standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring consistent application of best practices.

This is a hybrid role, based 2-3 days a week in our Swindon office.

You working day will include:


Assisting with programme administration and third-party data processes. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure data is meaningful and outcome focused. Liaising with Clients, Advisers, Supervisors, and PDMs to resolve non-advice queries in line with the Client Contact framework Recommending enhancements to data and reporting for stronger outcomes. Identifying opportunities to improve client contact efficiency. Suggesting and supporting implementation of process improvements. Assisting with gathering data for adviser oversight, audits and other regulatory requirements.

What will you need to succeed?



Confident in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to produce clear, basic reports. Previous experience in an administrative or client facing role, ideally within Financial Services Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and committed to delivering an excellent service Understanding of financial products, services and processes (preferred) Comfortable engaging with clients, adviser and internal teams to provide information clearly and professionally Good understanding of confidentiality, data protection and compliance obligations A professional, calm and approachable manner
