Detailed role description:

The Client Delivery Engineer (CDE) owns the delivery of engagements to clients - from requirements to deployment - and is a key person in the operational relationship with the client. CDE architects the overall product implementation of our AI assistant for financial institutions and develops the project plan with the client as the engagement is being scoped. The CDE then manages client's expectations and oversees the plan execution by our Data Engineering, AI, and Software Engineering talent - jointly formed into a dedicated Client Delivery team. The CDE must bring a client centric product mindset towards delivery, have a passion for our AI and data engineering technology, can explain how it is run as a solution, and is accountable for solution delivery to the client. The CDE must also expertly represent the client's voice inside GX. It is the CDE that knows the client value being delivered by our AI Assistant and is continuously asking her-/him-self if the team's work is remaining true to that target. In managing project delivery, the CDE drives the Client Delivery team to ensure we deliver on time and with quality. The CDE is a role model of the awareness, discipline, and leadership needed to guide a diverse set of developers through a complex project. Following deployment, the CDE oversees the running solution and ensures client service level agreements are operationally met. The CDE actively pursues new opportunities to grow the number of use cases that the client is running on the AI Assistants. The quality of our Client Delivery Engineers is what makes GX a delivery-oriented product firm. We seek candidates that are not just excellent project or account managers, but who also wish to shape the culture of their organization. You should bring a strong business mindset and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling materials that drive decision-making and client engagement.

Desired skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and delivering projects for a bank or an insurance company, particularly involving the implementation of the modern pipeline-driven data architecture. A university degree from a reputed university in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field. Experience in developing data models, processing pipelines, back-end services, and/or building analytics is an advantage. World-class delivery mindset; the desire to bring technology to life. Experience dissecting problems, designing solutions, and facilitating change, translating scope into requirements, and creating implementation plans. Experience in preparing high-impact presentations and content for client meetings and workshops, ideally from a consulting background. Experience in leading and managing delivery from cross-functional / virtual teams. Account management skills in a project and business-as-usual setting. Understanding of, and indeed passion for, data engineering and ecosystem processes and technology. Understanding of bank and insurance core processes and analytics. Experience with multiple national business cultures, for this global role, is a plus. Excellent written and verbal command of English and French.
